The DOLSAR full time staff, a multidisciplinary group of experienced civil, electrical, mechanical, geological, environmental, agricultural, irrigation, meteorological and forestry engineers as well as architects, economists, city/regional planners and sociologists, have been involved at various phases of many major projects from the planning stage to commissioning. These experts, long employed by the firm, are managed by the DOLSAR Head Office located in Ankara, Turkey. DOLSAR is the founding member of the Association of Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects (ATCEA) established in 1980 and the International Technical Consultancy Business Council of Foreign Economic Relations Board established in 2013. DOLSAR is still active in the executive board of both organizations. DOLSAR’s executives were elected as members of the Board of Governors of World Water Council (WWC) with headquarters in France for five terms covering a duration from 2006 to 2021.
