In the field of Buildings, DOLSAR’s experience covers the engineering and consultancy services provided for various types of buildings including educational facilities, laboratory buildings, hospitals, mass housing, business and trade centres, embassies, sports facilities, shopping malls and hotels. Experience in this field includes projects such as; Business Centres in Kocaeli, Gölcük and Yalova provinces under “Turkey Infrastructure and Urban Reconstruction Project” (TERRA-1), Educational Facilities, Lodgings and Sports Facilities in 16 provinces within the scope of the Support to Basic Education Project in Turkey, National Food Reference Laboratory in Ankara, Forensic Laboratories in İstanbul, İzmir, Diyarbakır and Adana, Embassy and Ambassador’s Residence of Ethiopia in Ankara, Trade and Residential Complex in Kampala, Uganda and 40 schools in Istanbul.
Services provided include preparation of architectural design, conceptual/final design, application drawings, technical specifications, bill of quantities, cost estimates, tender documents, assistance to the Clients during contract negotiations as well as performance of construction supervision, preliminary and final acceptances and commissioning. DOLSAR also provides Lenders’ Technical Advisory services at all stages of projects for banks and international financial institutions that contribute to the financing of projects carried out by investors under Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model.
